- 1 cup oat flakes
- 1/3 cup Sesame flour
- 1/3 cup flax flour, buy in the webshop
- 2 soup spoons of chia seeds, Buy in the webshop

- fresh squeezed juice of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, buy in the webshop

In a larger Bowl mix peanut butter, shade-grown Agave syrup or honey, orange juice and vanilla extract.
Add oatmeal, Sesame and flax flour, chia seeds and cranberries, and stir well. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water and if it is too sticky, add oatmeal. Good knead the mixture by hand.
Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
