Healthy jaffa biscuits

They are coming a holiday days, which will be filled with joint family and friendly gatherings, often with rich holiday table.

In order to avoid excessive intake of unhealthy foods is enough to put a little effort and food prepared using healthy foods.

In particular this applies to the preparation of desserts that are rich in unhealthy calories. We can prepare the cakes which we consume it without qualms.

Adorable sweet delight that consists of three layers (biscuits, jelly-that are most commonly made of Orange and chocolate toppings) you can make yourself a healthy version.

Ingredients

  • 100 g white wheat flour smooth was
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 60 g birch sugar -xylita
  • 100 ml almond milk (

  • 50 ml of cold pressed sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

For the dressing from Orange

  • 160 ml of orange juice
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon agar agar powder
  • 2 soup spoons of sugar brezinog

For the chocolate topping

  • 75 g cocoa butter
  • 6 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
  • 3 soup spoons of honey or Agave syrup

Preparation

First, create a layer of Orange. Mix the orange juice with water, add the agar agar and brich sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Place on cooling. In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and turmeric. Add milk, oil and vanilla and stir the mixer on the lowest speed until you get a denser mix of (as for biscuit).

In each greased mold for muffins, put 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and, before removing the sponge cake, cool it, about 3 minutes. Then carefully remove them from the molds and place on the grid to fully cool down.

Take a glass or a round mold for the crop, which has a smaller diameter than the diameter of a biscuit and cut circles from the chilled Orange layer.

Make a chocolate topping. Steamed dissolve cocoa butter, organic cocoa and Agave syrup or honey and mix well. A little cool.

Pour over the biscuit chocolate coating. Put them on a cold to cool down.
