Oatmeal banana and apples cake

Zobeni kolač od banana i jabuka

 I love the smell of cinnamon in the kitchen!

Preparing this cake is so simple that it simply must do. In addition, it is very tasty and, most importantly, it consists of healthy ingredients.

       Ingredients

2 ¼ cups of oatmeal or oat flour

½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoons baking soda

¼ TSP Himalayan salt

 1 teaspoon cejlonskog cinnamon

4 ripe bananas, medium size

2 teaspoons vanilla extract     

1 Apple

¼ cup honey (Agave syrup or sugar brezinog Xilitola – for vegans)

4 soup spoons of coarse nasjeckanih almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts

     For the topping

2 soup spoons of extra virgin coconut oil

2 soup spoons of honey or Agave syrup

 1 teaspoon of organic cocoa

   ½ teaspoons cinnamon cejlonskog

               * Cup = 2, 5 dl

 

 Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 ° c.

If you use oatmeal then mix them in the blender for a few minutes until the structure of flour.

In a bowl mix with a spoon all of the dry ingredients (oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon)

Apple clean of kernel, Peel and slice into pieces and along with sliced bananas, honey (or other sweetener) and vanilla mix in the Blender until the mixture becomes a liquid.

Pour liquid mixture into another bowl, add the mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well with a spoon very well. Add the big sjeckane nuts and stir once more.
