Smoothie for digestion

Most of us decided to go to some kind of regulation of weight (diet). One of the basic rules of weight loss is certainly regulate digestion and speed up the metabolism. This is achieved by the inclusion of certain foods in our consumption.

Start your day with a healthy blend of herbal milk, fruits, nuts and so called. super food. The smoothie for regulation of digestion, add a teaspoon of psyllium hulls and chia seeds. Preparation

  1. The night before, soak the figs and plums in the water and leave to wet overnight.

  3. Add chia seeds. Stir well and leave for 15 minutes to soak seeds liquid.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture into the two cups or glasses, sprinkle with ground almonds and garnish with the remaining berries fruit.

Od 17.6.2017. stekla je zvanje Nutricionistica.
