Sweet green balls

After a long and cold winter, our body is getting used to a long and warm spring days. Rather than enjoy it and feel better, most people feel tired and exhausted and this has a greater need for sleep.

Uniform winter diet has led to a reduction of vitamins and minerals and it is necessary to replace this deficiency.

One of the super foods and wheatgrass, an excellent source of minerals, vitamins, fiber and protein. Wheat grass use in the preparation of juices and smoothies and can be used as an excellent addition to prepare simple and healthy balls.

Prepare you the energy-rich sweet balls that force spring fatigue and enjoy the spring!

Ingredients

1 avocado

50 g of cocoa butter

20 g of cocoa butter

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of honey or syrup agavinog

1 tablespoon chia seed

2 tablespoons coarsely ground almonds

2 tablespoons raisins

wheatgrass powder – Spreading

 

       Preparation

In a small dish on a steam bath, dissolve separately cocoa and cocoa butter.

In a food processor place the cleaned and sliced avocado, add both types of butter in a dissolved state, cocoa powder, honey or agave syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a compact mixture.

The mixture in a food processor to transfer a container and add the coarsely ground almonds, raisins and chia seed and stir with a spoon.

Place the container in the refrigerator an hour to the cooled mixture.

After an hour, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and hands you make balls of equal size.

Balls roll in wheat grass powder.

Before eating or serving leave the balls in the refrigerator for about half an hour (at least).

                   Enjoy dessert and in the spring!
